All Payments are processed securely using the Paypal service. Please note that you don't need to have a Paypal account to use the Paypal service, as you can securely enter your card details as you would normally elsewhere online.

We take your privacy very seriously and so your connection to this site is encrypted, which is denoted by the padlock icon in the top left corner of your browser. It's a good idea to always check for this when using websites whilst entering personal information.

Please take a moment to double check that your Paypal shipping address details are up to date before ordering. Items will only be shipped to the address that is stored with Paypal, (even if the details stored within your account details here are different) and we are unable to amend an address after a transaction has been processed as per the standard Paypal policy. If you need to amend an address after a transaction has taken place, we can easily cancel the order and refund you the full cost of the item and shipping, whereby you can update your details and re-order your item if you wish.

Orders can take up to 4 days to process (the time taken to ready your order for shipping), which includes printing, drying, packing, then dispatching. Once dispatched, shipping times vary - please see below.


For UK Orders:

Shipping inside the UK will be made through Royal Mail's 'Second Class Signed For' service which will require a signature. If your not available to take the goods, then it's no problem as they'll be taken back to your local Post Office collection office where you can collect them at your leisure.


For International Orders:

International shipping leaving the UK will be made using a standard non tracked service as this greatly reduces the shipping costs. As a safety precaution, all shipped orders receive an official postal service printed document stating weight, time, date and destination, which acts as proof of shipping. International airmail leaving the UK can be quite variable on occasion, especially at peak times like Christmas and so in some cases can take more time to arrive. As a rough guide, the United States can expect an order to arrive usually within 2 weeks, while Europe can expect a delivery in a week in ideal conditions. Actual delivery times may be shorter, or indeed longer.

Please allow up to 4 weeks for your item/s to arrive for orders shipping to outside of Europe.

Great care and attention is used when preparing your prints for their journey. For the larger sized prints (11x14 Inch, A3, 30x40 cm, and 13x19 Inch), they will be carefully rolled inside acid free tissue paper and then placed inside a large diameter postal tube which minimises the amount of rolling needed. The end caps are then specially stapled and hand bent to ensure your order is safe and secure whilst in transit. All our tubes and end caps are made from recycled cardboard/plastic and as such are fully recyclable again once you have no need for them. For the smaller sized prints (7x5 Inch, 8x10 Inch and A4), they will be carefully wrapped, again in acid free tissue paper and then placed inside a triple strengthened flat rigid mailer to ensure they stay flat.


If for any reason you have changed your mind about an order, we will accept returns and refund the item cost (minus the shipping cost) when we receive your item back in an `as new` condition within 14 days of you receiving your goods (for UK orders). For international returns, we will wait for your order to arrive as and when, as the shipping time will vary depending on the country of origin. Please note that you the buyer are liable for any shipping costs to send the item back to us, and we would strongly recommend using a tracked service to ensure we safely receive your unwanted item. If we don't receive your item back then unfortunately we cannot issue a refund.

We take great care in the packing of our prints but we realise that items can sometimes get damaged whilst in transit. In the unlikely event of receiving damaged goods, we will offer you either a full refund or a replacement item as per your wishes.
